The ALLboards are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy has been updated in accordance with the new guidelines of The General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) 25 May 2018.

PURPOSE OF THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT:
The ALLboards collect the details provided by you. This assists us in the matching of your requirements with a suitable editor and maintaining a file to ensure the quality of the work provided with any associated details to ensure that the details of the order can be swiftly accessed in case of a subsequent enquiry or repeat order.
USE OF YOUR INFORMATION AND YOUR PREFERENCES: We will use your information and contact details to communicate with you. We will not share your details with any customers, 3rd parties or other companies.
WHAT INFORMATION WE HOLD AND WHAT WE DO WITH IT: In order to provide our wide range of services and support, we need to ask for and keep information about you. We will not use this information for any other purposes (except as required for legal purposes) without your prior consent. The information to be held is:

If you do not agree to us keeping your records of information about you, then we will not be able to accept you as a member of our team as you will not be able to access the internal systems and we will not be able to answer any queries you may have on your role
We have to keep your records for a certain period as described above, which may mean that even if you ask us to erase any details about you, we might have to keep these details until after that period has passed.
We can move records between our computers and IT systems, as long as your details are protected from being seen by others without your permission.

If you upload images to one of our websites or via our Email address, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
